Debenhams has been a familiar name on Britain’s high streets for over 200 years as a department store, however unfortunately the business has collapsed. The department store has been in administration since April 2020 (Yes that long), but after a failure of last-ditch rescue talks by investers and administrators, it is set to close.
Thousands of jobs will be at risk as the department store prepares to close its doors for the last time just like woolies did
Debenhams has now told its customers they have until Sunday December 20 – this weekend – to use their remaining credit.
After this date, the methods of purchase will no longer be valid, with stores stopped from accepting them.
We were advised by one of our followers on Twitter this was the case:
So when do the gift cards run out?
You have up until midnight Sunday 20th to spend them either ONLINE or in store
