Tesco Clubcard holders have been met with disappointment after finding out they can no longer earn extra points by completing online surveys. Previously, customers were rewarded with 25 Clubcard points for filling out a survey about their Tesco shopping experience on the Tesco Views website https://survey2.medallia.eu/?tescostores. These surveys also offered the chance to win a £1,000 Tesco gift card, adding an extra layer of incentive.

The change appears to have gone unnoticed by many Tesco shoppers, with some only discovering the axed scheme after attempting to complete a survey as usual and being met with a defunct website. Frustration has mounted, particularly due to the lack of warning from Tesco. Many customers have taken to social media to express their disappointment, highlighting the value they placed on the additional points.

Tesco has since acknowledged the removal of the survey scheme and responded to customer queries on Twitter. The supermarket giant has defended the decision, stating a desire to gather feedback from a “more representative sample of customers, across all of our stores.” https://www.tesco.com/clubcard Tesco has not elaborated on the new methods they plan to implement for collecting customer feedback.

While Tesco’s reasoning behind the change remains unclear, the loss of the survey points has certainly ruffled some feathers amongst loyal Clubcard users. It’s important to note that there are still various ways to collect Clubcard points, including regular shopping at Tesco stores, using Tesco online grocery deliveries, and utilising Clubcard partner offers.pen_sparktunesharemore_vert
